What is the age limit for needle-free IVF in India?

Under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021, the upper age limit for a woman using her own eggs in IVF is 50 years. Medically, success rates decline significantly after 43 to 44 years with own eggs regardless of protocol. There is no lower age limit, but ART treatment is only indicated where clinical need is established.
