- Joined Mamata Fertility Hospital and has served as its Clinical Director, Fertility Specialist and Scientific In-Charge since 2009.
- Developed clinical expertise in fertility treatment, reproductive endocrinology, gynaecology and advanced 2D/3D gynaecological ultrasound.
- Has been involved in teaching and professional education in reproductive medicine, including faculty responsibilities at the Kiel School of Reproductive Medicine, Germany, from 2018 onwards.
- Has served as faculty at national and international conferences and has participated in professional education programs in reproductive medicine and ultrasound.
- Has been involved in organizing and co-conducting major medical conferences, including AICOG 2011, APCOG 2012 and ICI Congress 2013, as well as an international gynaecological ultrasound conference in Hyderabad in 2014.
- Served as Organizing Chairperson for the 6th International Congress of the Academy of Clinical Embryologists in Hyderabad in 2017.
- Has contributed to research papers and medical publications, independently and as part of research teams.
- Has participated in fertility and women’s health awareness programs for students and working women through community initiatives.
